Cole gained the defying-heaven ability to absorb mech power directly into his own flesh. He steam-rolled all powerful rivals in the Resource Trials. After claiming the championship, he publicly severed ties with his cold-blooded family. Then three demigod-class abominations launched a full-scale invasion, bringing catastrophe to the city.
