Ivy is left homeless, and her gambling father wants to sell her to another man immediately. Sebastian quickly regrets his actions and frantically searches New York, finding her unconscious in a hotel. He forcibly takes her back and guards her day and night, but Ivy remains cold and indifferent. After breaking off her relationship with him, she works as a cleaner to pay off her debts, where she accidentally meets Eleanor, the head of the Winslow family, and her true identity is slowly revealed.
