Tony had zero cyberization. He was Free City's strongest hero — Zero. Two years ago, he held up a collapsing bridge, but his parents fell to their deaths. He sealed his power with 95% suppression cybernetics and became a drunk in the Lower District. A fight gym heiress pulled him from the gutter. He stayed by her side for two years, just a normal guy. When a Rexton crushed her arm and was about to kill her, he tore off every shackle. His rate dropped to zero. Zero returned — not for the city, this time, but for her.
