Victor Stone is a village doctor who lived a quiet, honest life — until the day his wife was killed by a man who walked free. He snapped, went after the man, and ended up wanted by the entire city. He fled to a remote mountain village and took shelter with a farmer's family. That same day, the farmer's son injured his leg and begged Victor to operate. With limited medical supplies, Victor warned them upfront: if anything goes wrong, it's not on him.
