During a routine dental appointment, a young patient bravely sent him a subtle distress signal — A "Help" sticker on her tongue. A stern man was sitting next to her, so the dentist asked if he was her husband. However, there was no answer. Willing to help, the dentist quickly improvised and told them that he needed a nurse to assist. As he reached for the phone to dial 911, the boyfriend abruptly stopped him, claiming that they were leaving without even explaining.
