Elias, a human youth, loses his sister Hailey shortly after she marries Alaric, the wolf clan leader, under mysterious circumstances. Determined to uncover the truth, Elias ventures alone into the perilous wolf territory. The cold and powerful Wolf King Alaric is deeply drawn to Elias and forcefully keeps him by his side as a personal attendant; as they cautiously test each other amid constant danger, they gradually fall into a forbidden love. Melinda, daughter of the elder Balor, driven by jealousy, forces Elias to jump off a cliff; Alaric does not hesitate to leap after him to save him. At the bottom of the ravine, they clear up their misunderstandings and begin to suspect that Elder Balor is the true culprit who tore up the diary and murdered Hailey. To find evidence, they sneak into Balor's manor and are horrified to discover that Balor has been secretly imprisoning and devouring humans to enhance his power. During a breakout battle to rescue the human captives, Elias shields Alaric from a deadly poisoned arrow. On the brink of death, Elias confesses his love, while Alaric, through a torn page, is stunned to realize that Elias is the childhood savior he has been searching for all these years. To save his beloved, Alaric pierces his own chest and feeds Elias the Wolf King's heartblood, which not only revives Elias but also grants him half of the wolf clan's formidable bloodline. Meanwhile, with his conspiracy exposed, Balor goes completely mad and incites the misled wolf clan to revolt. Alaric and Elias, carrying truth‑revealing memory stones, persuade the human king and join forces with the human knights and the vampire army to march back to the sacred mountain. In the final Blood Moon battle, Balor transforms into a raging giant wolf; Alaric is brutally beaten into a coma while protecting Elias. Witnessing his lover's dying agony awakens Elias's inner power; he undergoes a magnificent transformation and crushes Balor with absolute strength. In the end, the rebellion is quelled, and Alaric and Elias work together to forge a peace pact among the wolf clan, humans, and vampires; they share a passionate kiss amidst everyone's blessings and reign together on the throne.
