Emily has been married to Roger for years. She shares a deep bond with Roger’s mute sister, Rachel, and is the only one in the family who can hear her inner voice. In her past life, while Emily was caring for Rachel during her hospital stay, she was manipulated and framed by Rachel’s inner voice, becoming seen as a cruel sister-in-law who abused her. She was jostled by an angry mob and died accidentally. After being reborn, Emily resolves to uncover the truth, avoid repeating her mistakes, and make everyone who harmed her pay. However, as events unfold, Emily discovers hidden complexities. The melancholic and restrained sister, the overly agitated caregiver, the strange-behaving husband, and the bruises on Rachel’s body all point to a far more disturbing truth…
