Isabella voluntarily gains 300 pounds to become a test subject for a weight‑loss drug, “Carnislender‑7,” in order to save her husband Lucas’s pharmaceutical company. However, due to her obesity, Lucas becomes disgusted with her, misunderstands her, and, after a staged plot orchestrated by Sara, slaps her and forces her into a divorce. After the divorce, Isabella successfully develops the weight‑loss drug, regains her figure and beauty, and with the support of Cyrus, founds her own company, “Nirvana.” With “Carnislender‑7,” she rises to become a powerful female CEO. Unwilling to accept defeat, Sara sends a spy to steal a fake formula and claims it as her own new drug, “Metaburn.” Her conspiracy is eventually exposed, and she is taken away by the police. Blinded by greed, Lucas uses the fake formula, suffers huge financial losses, and loses everyone’s trust. He tries to win Isabella back, but she refuses. In the end, Isabella achieves a complete reversal in both her career and personal life, finds true love with Cyrus, and everyone who hurt her pays the price they deserve.
