Dorothy was once deeply in love with mafia godfather Dante, but she suffered cold treatment and humiliation in their marriage. In her previous life, she died miserably after losing all her property and contracting cancer. Reborn on the eve of their wedding, she no longer obsesses over love. She only wants to survive, heal her illness and find out the truth about her parents' death. Confronted with Dante’s favoritism, Vera’s frames and suppression from the White family, she wakes up completely and cuts off all relations with him. She regains her dignity with Vincent's protection. Her former lover’s repentance comes too late, and a new journey of redemption and revenge begins.
