Shen Xiao, who was blind in both eyes and begging on the streets, unexpectedly ran into his wife Su Qing, who he thought had already died. He was severely beaten by Su Qing and her lover Lu Chen before he realized it was all a scam. It turned out that Su Qing had pretended to be blind just to deceive him into donating his corneas for her truly blind lover Lu Chen. After Lu Chen regained his sight, he and the seemingly dead Su Qing lived together, while the blind Shen Xiao could only become a beggar and finally died miserably on the street. Filled with intense unwillingness, Shen Xiao was actually reborn before he donated his corneas. This time, he not only wanted to take back what belonged to him but also make them lose everything and reap what they had sown.
