Ava Taylor is ready to end her marriage after uncovering her husband Derek Colman's long-running affair with his secretary, Alison Brant. Calmly gathering evidence and hiring a divorce lawyer, she plans to leave Derek with nothing. But before the divorce is finalized, a devastating car accident leaves Derek permanently paralyzed after he risks his life to save Alison. As Derek lies in the hospital worrying about his mistress, Alison quickly abandons him, drains his credit cards, and prepares to flee the country. Taking control of the family's finances, Ava freezes Alison's accounts, recovers the stolen assets through legal action, and hires a strict caregiver for Derek, refusing to let his betrayal ruin her future. When Alison's true colors are exposed and Derek realizes too late who truly stood by him, he desperately begs Ava for another chance. But Ava reveals the evidence of his secret plan to steal her assets and firmly rejects his remorse. In the end, Ava takes over the struggling company, leads it back to success, finalizes the divorce, reclaims her parents' home, and walks away with her freedom—while Derek and Alison are left to face the consequences of their own choices. A powerful story of betrayal, justice, and a woman's rise from heartbreak to triumph.
