Long ago, the last Sage of Great Sharn fell, his ascension shattered by betrayal. Now, within the fading halls of Umbra Resurgens, a ten-year-old heir named Yack Namgung emerges, veiled in innocence yet marked by something far older. As rival sects gather and ancient rites awaken, the martial world begins to tremble. For in this quiet boy, a power long buried begins to stir, and what returns through him may not be mortal.
