Modern girl Sophia and her boyfriend Henry accidentally travel to the medieval Visigothic Kingdom during a total solar eclipse. When another total solar eclipse arrives seven years later, Sophia seizes the chance to travel back to the modern world without hesitation. She calls off her wedding with Henry and marries Vincent, Henry’s younger uncle, instead. Henry crosses over to the modern age in pursuit, consumed by regret. He desperately tries to win her back, yet all he sees is her living like a beloved princess under the doting care of her new husband. In the end, Sophia leaves her painful past far behind. She bears a child and embraces a happy life, while Henry and his malicious mistress reap the bitter fruits of their own evil deeds.
