It wasn't until Nina Perry attended a family gathering that he discovered Nina Perry had a pair of “vampire” relatives. When Nina Perry was just a baby, she was lost, but fortunately, her aunt found her. From then on, her aunt used the favor of saving Nina Perry's life to blackmail her parents for years. This time, her aunt wanted to send her troublemaker, Howard Carter, to be fostered in Nina Perry's family. Reluctantly, Nina Perry agreed. As the truth slowly unfolded, it was revealed that it was Nina Perry's aunt, Linda Lee, who had abandoned her when she was a baby. Her attempt to send Howard Carter to Nina Perry's family was a plot to secretly transfer Nina Perry's assets. The usually weak Nna Perry's mother, upon discovering Linda Lee's scheme, finally chose to stand by her daughter's side.
