Karen, the crown prince of the Dark Moon Wolf Clan, is betrayed by his half-brother. His spirit core shatters, reducing him to a penniless vagabond. By chance, he stumbles into the Moonlight Trial hosted by a border lord for his cursed daughter, Ella. Bound by a betrothal, the two grow fond of each other amid hardships. Ella awakens the ancient bloodline of the Moon Goddess and reincarnates as the Priestess of the Moonveil Temple, while Karen gradually regains his wolf king powers. Side by side, they fight against forces including the Black Wind Knights and the Blood Shadow Coven, surviving countless life-or-death trials. In the end, Karen reclaims his throne, Ella guards the sacred temple, and together they forge an epic legend of the Northern Wastes.
