Hotel CEO Vanessa fires maintenance worker Ethan over a safety dispute, only for both to be locked inside a deadly couple's escape room by a hidden enemy. Forced to cooperate through a series of intimate life-or-death challenges, the two—divided by status—must rely on each other to survive. As they brave one peril after another, their prejudices gradually dissolve. The true mastermind turns out to be Vanessa's fiancé Julian, who seeks to seize power and destroy them both. At the brink of death, they refuse to escape alone, instead joining forces to record evidence of his crimes and expose the conspiracy. In the end, they break free from the trap, transcend class boundaries, and find their way to each other.
