To save her sick mother, Chloe makes a desperate deal with the mysterious tycoon Ethan one rainy night. A year later, she runs into him again at a casino while rescuing her debttrapped brother. Ethan offers her a threemonth job in exchange for her brother's freedom. As they grow close, Chloe's seemingly gentle boyfriend Leo — Ethan's scheming nephew — keeps plotting against them. After endless misunderstandings, Ethan protects Chloe from all danger and confesses his love.
