June Shea, a working-class girl, loses her college dreams when her brother destroys her admission letter and her mother favors her sibling. With a scholarship from Adrian Grant, she enters Grant Group—only to later impersonate someone at a blind date... and meet Adrian himself. Intrigued by her immunity to his rare touch-induced illness, Adrian targets her for marriage. After fleeing and having her identity exposed, June falls for him while rising as a star designer—until Adrian's ex, Jasmine Wynn, resurfaces. Misunderstandings spiral into kidnapping, but Adrian's daring rescue proves his love.
