Pregnant Evelyn suffered liver failure after being poisoned by her stepsister. Her fiancé Atlas donated half of his liver to save her and their child, only for the vicious woman to forge their deaths. Five years later, Atlas spotted a little girl playing the piano on the street calling him Daddy. Then he saw the pale‑faced woman beside her, worn down by life, and finally learned that the lover and child he had saved had been alive all along.
