Rex spent eight years risking his life in the Middle East to fund his girlfriend Keisha’s startup, only to return home and have her and the wealthy playboy Chad publicly throw a check in his face and humiliate him in every way possible. In his moment of despair, CEO Olivia entered into a contract marriage with him, and everyone laughed at him for being a kept man. But no one knew that the 10 billion order he had casually approved was enough to shake the entire business world, nor did anyone realize that during his eight years in the Middle East, he had risen to become the leader of Wolf Castle, the world’s most powerful organization. At the welcome-back banquet, when an enemy forced Olivia to her knees, Rex slowly raised his hand—who exactly was this man, once derided as “trash from the lowest rung of society”? And what outcome would Olivia’s high-stakes gamble ultimately bring?
