At seven years old, Seraphina Winslow was playing by the river when a jealous girl named Crystal used a dark magic ring to steal her life. Crystal took her face, her family, and her future. Seraphina should have drowned. Instead, she was saved by the Raven, a secret organization that gave her a new face, a new name, and a new purpose. Ten years later, she returned as Allegra, a German heiress dripping in diamonds and rented luxury. She enrolled in Crystal's school. She took everything Crystal wanted: the spotlight, the boy, the envy of the crowd. She dangled wealth like bait and watched Crystal's hunger grow. Finally, Crystal used the ring one last time to swap souls with Allegra. She thought she was stealing a fortune. She was stealing a trap. Allegra's cars were leased. Her jewels were rented. Her estate was mortgaged to the hilt. Within weeks, Crystal was arrested for fraud and destruction of property. The Raven collected its debt. And Seraphina walked back into her own body, back into her mother's arms, and back into the life that was always hers. The ring was destroyed. The thief was gone. And the real heiress finally came home.
