The story follows Allie, a girl who is often overlooked while interning at an ice hockey training camp. Her only brother, Ron, is the team’s star captain. He is fiercely protective of her and has strictly forbidden her from getting close to his archrival. That “archrival” is none other than the charismatic, arrogant ice hockey star Brett Harrison. Despite her brother’s warning, Allie cannot resist Brett Harrison’s attraction. Brett Harrison, too, is deeply drawn to Allie and calls her “Firecracker.” After a series of tense and charged interactions—including Brett Harrison rescuing her while shirtless in the locker room, their intimate moments hidden away in a secret room, a confession in the rain, and a fake engagement that turns real—Allie and Brett Harrison fall into a secret relationship that must be kept from Ron. In the end, this “enemies‑to‑lovers” journey helps Allie find herself and discover courage through love.
