Lance Ashton, an Air Force officer and wealthy family heir, survives a devastating plane crash but wakes up with total amnesia. He is rescued and nursed back to health by Nora, a kind‑hearted small‑town doctor. Nora's greedy adopted sister Karin discovers Lance's true identity. She steals his token, lies to the powerful Ashton clan that Lance has perished, and seizes the chance to become their heiress. To cover up her fraud, Karin cruelly sabotages Nora's life. While hidden away under Nora's protection, the amnesiac Lance gradually regains broken fragments of his memory. As old feelings bloom between Lance and Nora, he must reclaim his identity, expose Karin's deception, and fight for the woman who saved him.
