"Huo Mingyu's devotion to his wife is known far and wide. To win Jiang Shuran’s hand in marriage, he once rushed into a raging fire without a second thought for his own life. Yet, years later, when Jiang Shuran and his secretary were both caught in a car accident, in that life-or-death moment, he instinctively shielded the secretary with his own body. In that instant, he forgot his pregnant wife and all the vows he had ever made. From the back seat, a barely conscious Jiang Shuran watched the two embrace, her heart turning to ashes. After three days and nights of emergency surgery, she left behind a divorce agreement and walked away without looking back. When Huo Mingyu finally returned from his tender refuge and saw it, he completely lost his mind. "
