With the election approaching, Senator-elect Davis pays him a late-night visit, begging for Arthur's crucial vote. But right after Davis leaves, Arthur gets a text message saying his son has been kidnapped. Arthur rushes to an old warehouse and finds that the ones who brutally tortured his son are none other than the Senator-elect's son, Marcus, and the Defense Secretary's son, Renard.
