After her husband passes away, Wang Yajuan raises her adopted daughter Qingfang and her biological son Qingmin alone. When Qingfang goes missing as a child and loses her memory, Yajuan works tirelessly to support Qingmin into adulthood. But in pursuit of a wealthy marriage, Qingmin shamelessly claims to be an orphan and publicly humiliates his own mother at his wedding. Just as Yajuan loses all hope, Qingfang regains her memory and, now married into the country's wealthiest family, finally reunites with her adoptive mother. Yet Qingmin continues to exploit her, even urging Yajuan to steal Qingfang's jewelry for his own gain. After enduring betrayal after betrayal, Yajuan finally walks away from her ungrateful son. Only after losing everything does Qingmin realize the value of family. In the end, forgiveness heals old wounds, proving that the love of the one who raises you is greater than blood, and that sincere family bonds are life's greatest treasure.
