Six-year-old soft and adorable young Taoist Luna is the sole keeper of Moonlight Temple, bound to a deadly life-or-death tribulation. After her master passed away, his spirit lingered on without rest. Having foreseen that his apprentice’s calamity is intertwined with the wealthy Carter clan, he reluctantly sent Luna down the mountain to overcome her fate. Summoned by a letter, Elder Sage, heir to a top conglomerate, headed down the mountain to fetch a life-saving master. Instead of a revered hermit, he met a milky-faced little girl. Full of doubt at first, he refused to believe a six-year-old possessed profound mystical powers. Yet a string of disasters struck: failed car brakes, close-call assassinations, and his family falling into mortal danger. With talismans, a compass and a flick of her wrist, Luna defused every crisis, repeatedly proving the arrogant heir wrong. Dark undercurrents run rampant within the wealthy household. The malicious butler harbors vengeful motives, the scheming uncle colludes with outsiders to seize power, and every marriage hides a web of deception—traitors lurk everywhere, and danger looms at every turn. While unraveling plots to seize the family fortune and breaking evil curses to save the patriarch plagued by malevolent energy and imperiled members of the Carter family, the young temple master defies fate to alter destiny and resolve her own fatal tribulation. In the final showdown between good and evil, a wicked sorcerer emerges seeking revenge. Luna’s master burns away the last of his spiritual essence shielding her and perishes. Grieving and lost, Luna gathers her sorrow, sheds her childish innocence, and stands firm in her mastery of the Taoist arts. She cuts through all the household’s evil schemes and defeats the villains, finally overcoming her tribulation and attaining wholeness.
