Song Xinlei, descendant of the Song family, carries on his great-grandfather’s mission to guard the ancient divine Golden Carp sealed beneath Yunmeng Lake. An international poaching syndicate covets the dragon’s power and closes in relentlessly. On the day the golden lock unlocks, the Golden Carp transforms into a fire dragon. Song Xinlei joins forces with the Paranormal Agency to fight the invaders and defeats the mastermind Boss Cao after a brutal life-or-death battle. A century-old bond awakens the dragon’s true form. An elderly Taoist priest intends to take the divine beast back to the mountains, yet relents out of respect for the profound bond between the young man and the carp.
