"""Sophia Quinn is diagnosed with a severe heart condition. Her seemingly devoted husband, Lucas Sterling, offers to donate his own heart to save her. Though she survives the transplant, she is burdened with massive debt and a life of hardship. Only on the brink of death does Sophia uncover the truth: it was all a scheme orchestrated by her husband and his mistress. The one truly ill was Lucas himself, who had only feigned deep affection.
