Maid‑cum‑carer Elena is sent by the mafia don’s wife to spy on Adrian, the imprisoned unhinged heir. Yet she discovers that every one of his mad outbursts carries hidden messages for her. To rescue her brother, who has been framed and imprisoned, she forms an alliance with this dangerous yet constantly lucid man. They play the roles of abuser and victim under surveillance cameras, while secretly uncovering her father’s murder, the stepmother’s fake‑pregnancy scam, and mafia‑run human trafficking. In the end, they join forces to seize back the entire underground empire.
