The female lead, who hails from the slums, was admitted to San Dias University as a special admissions student thanks to her outstanding academic performance. She strives to become an excellent doctor through hard work, but her striking beauty and figure make her a thorn in the side of the aristocratic young lady. The young lady attempts to teach the female lead a lesson, only to be stopped by the student council president. It turns out that the student council president had already noticed her as soon as she enrolled. As they spent more time together, they fell in love. However, while the student council president was busy, the protagonist caught the eye of a gangster’s heir, who took an interest in her and gradually began to draw closer to her. Eventually, the student council president, the gangster’s heir, and the school board member—who is also a tycoon—all became devoted admirers of the protagonist.
