Five years ago, a twist of fate brought Xiao Mochen, the CEO of the Xiao Group, together with the down-and-out heiress Mu Ziqi, leading to an unexpected night together. Before parting ways, Xiao Mochen left behind a jade pendant, promising to return for her. However, by the time he came back, Mu Ziqi had already vanished without a trace. After an extensive search, Xiao Mochen discovered that Mu Ziqi had given birth to a pair of twins. It turned out that Mu Kexin, the true daughter of the Mu family who had recently returned, harbored deep resentment toward Mu Ziqi for having occupied her rightful place all those years. In a scheme orchestrated with a hospital doctor, she falsified the children's records to declare them stillborn, while secretly abandoning them. Five years later, guided by an inexplicable bond in their dreams, the twins instantly recognized Mu Ziqi as their mother. They brought her to meet Xiao Mochen. At first, neither Xiao Mochen nor Mu Ziqi recognized each other as the person they had been searching for all these years. To make matters worse, Mu Kexin stole the jade pendant and attempted to interfere with their reunion. In the end, faced with a series of framing plots orchestrated by Mu Kexin and others driven by envy, Xiao Mochen sensed the evil ambition. He rescued Mu Ziqi from peril, and the family was finally reunited.
