Anne Kelly, bed ridden for a long time, found out her husband, Bryan, and their maid, Elaine, had been sleeping with each other and plotting to take her life. She played dumb and sought help from her friend Fred to thwart their plan and find evidence to bring them to justice. Anne used Bryan's mom, an uninvited guest, to work against the cheaters. Step by step, she lured the pair into exposing themselves, even convincing Elaine to be her witness in the end.
