Raised in Shalor, Tessa Grant returns home to a fake sister stealing affection and three biased brothers. When the fake sister tears the phoenix qipao sewn by her orphanage grandmother Mrs. Doyle, Tessa retaliates by dumping spicy maoxuewang over her head. The fake heiress then kidnaps Mrs. Doyle to blackmail Tessa—her own brother sees it all and still sides with the fake sister.
