In a collapsed post-apocalyptic world, Callan Reed is betrayed, robbed of his SSS-tier Dream Whisperer gift by Starlace City’s heir Gavin Voss, then left to die in the Frostlands. But he awakens Hope Haven, a system-powered sanctuary. In just one year, he builds it into an impenetrable utopia with energy shields, plasma weapons, super farms, and tamed beasts. When enemies invade, Callan unleashes the full power of his haven and stuns the wasteland.
