Robert returned to his hometown with honor, but knew his sister had been assaulted by the county magistrate's son and his mom had been severely injured. He angrily punished the villains in court, and also exposed the shocking scheme of collusion between local officials and the powerful in the capital, as well as the embezzlement of compensation for those injured soldiers.
