In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, the female protagonist—who appears to be a five-year-old girl—is the only daughter of the Zombie Emperor and the Zombie Empress. She conceals her identity to join a human survival squad, often secretly manipulating zombies to avert crises, yet she faces disdain and ostracism from a team member named Lao Gou. After leaving the squad, her true identity is gradually revealed; her zombie parents repeatedly appear at human bases to retrieve her, sparking widespread panic. She rescues an ability-user subjected to live experimentation by a research institute and mediates the conflict between humanity and the zombie race, navigating the divide between the opposing sides. Torn between the human companions who treat her kindly and the zombie parents who love her dearly, she moves between these two worlds, ultimately resolving the inter-species conflict and finding a peaceful life of her own.
