Five years ago, Stella Shawn was framed by Joy Shawn and accidentally became pregnant with Charles Landry's child. She concealed her pregnancy, and just before giving birth, Joy caused a car accident that led to a premature birth. Her son was taken away, and her daughter narrowly survived, thanks to Lucy Lowe's rescue. Five years later, Stella unexpectedly encountered Charles again. Though they are the parents of the same son and daughter, they did not recognize each other, while Joy did everything possible to cover up the truth.
