Captain Nolan Lewis and approach controller Celeste White enter a contract marriage through a mutual introduction, agreeing to divorce after one year. They pretend to be strangers in front of colleagues, yet they often tacitly flirt with each other. As their seemingly sweet daily life unfolds and the contract nears its end, Celeste White finds herself torn, wanting to seriously consider her feelings for Nolan Lewis. She just doesn't know that this marriage was part of his carefully laid plan all along.
