Married to the Dead General

Married to the Dead Generalは全62話のショートドラマです。DramaWatchで無料視聴できるほか、StardustTVでも配信中です。

Charlotte Grant, the abandoned legitimate daughter of the Grant family, endures a humiliating betrayal on her wedding day—her fiancé Charles Ashford elopes with her stepsister Beatrice Grant. Defiant and unyielding, she makes a shocking choice: marrying the spirit tablet of Edward Ashford, the late "God of War" general. As the Fourth Lady of Ashford Estate, she enters a household where Edward, miraculously alive but gravely wounded, is deemed to have only three months left to live. To secure her place in the complex manor, Charlotte accepts the old matriarch’s request to "revive fortunes through heirs" and consummates the marriage with the comatose Edward. In the treacherous inner courtyard, she outsmarts her greedy stepmother Madam Chu, defeats the jealous eldest daughter-in-law Lady Margaret, and exposes Beatrice’s fake pregnancy plot. Her triumph in an archery contest crushes Charles Ashford, earning her full authority over the household. As Edward gradually awakens, he initially scorns Charlotte’s "rustic origins" but soon admires her wit and courage. United as a couple, they investigate Edward’s near-fatal ambush at the Northern Borderlands—uncovering a conspiracy involving the Richard Manor and Edward’s own brother Philip Ashford, who embezzled military funds. Together, they fight for justice and rebuild their legacy.
