Bride Emily is publicly abandoned by her fiancé Daniel and stepsister Sophia on their wedding day. Out of desperation, she accepts a hasty marriage proposal from the powerful Adrian. Their marriage starts as a deal, until Emily discovers her lifelong rose pendant is a fake, unravelling the decades-old mystery of Clara, the missing young heiress of the Rosewood family. It turns out Emily is the long-lost Clara. Her adoptive mother Margaret tampered with her identity and replaced the genuine necklace to hide the truth. Coveting the Rosewood fortune, Sophia conspires with others to forge DNA evidence and frame Emily for the inheritance. Adrian has spent years investigating the case, for his mother died strangely while looking into the disappearance. Gradually letting go of suspicion, he stands side by side with Emily. They expose all schemes and bring the villains to justice. Emily reclaims her true identity, and she and Adrian finally embrace sincere love.
