Mute from birth, she was thrown into prison by the husband she grew up with—the man who blamed her for his late wife’s death, forced her to kneel in the funeral hall to atone, and stripped away her dignity, her freedom, and even their unborn child. Until she found, among the fire-ravaged relics, the truth his late wife had recorded with her dying breath: the sweetly smiling "dear sister" was the real murderer. One year later, she storms back into the family gala with ironclad proof, removes her mask, and in a hoarse but unmistakably clear voice declares, "The killer—is her." The man who once crushed her into the dirt collapses at her feet, sobbing in ruins. And she, arm in arm with the doctor who has always shielded her, walks out of hell without a single backward glance.
