Yilorn was an excellent surgeon. Betrayed by her husband, Reese, and schemed against by his mistress, Verena—who wanted her to leave the marriage with nothing—Yilorn hit rock bottom. It was then that she met Keller, the president of Miles Group. With her resilience and intelligence, she captured his attention, and he came to her aid with unwavering support. Rising from the ashes, she methodically dismantled the alliance between the cheating couple. In the end, the betrayers turned on each other: Verena shot Reese dead and was sentenced to life in prison. Yilorn let go of the past, committed herself to Keller, and achieved both career success and true love.
