Resilient and independent single mother Sage Thompson works as a night cleaner at an exclusive New York club to pay for her grandmother's steep medical bills. That night, Sterling Group CEO Dorian is ambushed and locked in a freezer at minus‑twenty degrees, suffering severe hypothermia and a panic attack. Sage uses her first‑aid knowledge to save him with her own body heat, and her unique oat‑grass scent becomes the only cure for Dorian's severe "female‑averse tactile defense disorder." After waking, Dorian frantically searches for his "freezer angel," while Sage—who hides her rescuer identity and has been hired as a senior nanny in the Sterling mansion for ten thousand dollars a week—crosses paths with him under the same roof. In their daily interactions, they engage in an intense class‑clash push‑and‑pull between vastly different statuses; Dorian's possessive instincts surge, and he forcefully promotes her to personal assistant to keep her close. Later, socialite Victoria and elder brother Julian conspire to frame Sage, attempting to use trust clauses to oust Dorian. Sage outwits the vicious socialite, sends her to prison, and shares a passionate night with Dorian at a charity gala. On the day of the boardroom coup, Sage sheds her nanny uniform, makes a stunning appearance in a tailored suit, and seals the deal with a public kiss and a positive pregnancy test—defeating the villains. In the end, the independent heroine is crowned, and she walks down the aisle with her deeply devoted billionaire CEO in a grand wedding.
