In the prison breakout round, Sam outmaneuvers Rachel’s hunter team with tactical observation and disguise tricks. During the cross-city stealth chase, he outthinks every pursuit tactic and lands a pilot gig at an airport under their noses. Cornered in California, he evades capture by switching disguises repeatedly. When a bus bomb hijacking unfolds live on national TV, Sam single-handedly neutralizes the threat. Rachel figures out he’s the elusive Phantom. Sam delivers a harsh reality check about counterterrorism failures. At a national honors ceremony, his true identity is unveiled to thunderous applause.
