Aurora and Garvin had been together for six years. She found another woman's lipstick in his car. He said it was business. She remembered the movies he watched with Sophia while telling her he was working. The anniversary he missed for a "burst pipe." She forgave him once. She wouldn't forgive him again. She took a job in France, left her ring and a letter, and walked away. Garvin followed her to Paris. He tried. She refused. He was too late. On the drive back from a project meeting, a car crashed into them. Garvin threw himself over Aurora, shielding her with his body. He took the impact. He fell into a coma. His lawyer brought her the will he had written years ago—everything he owned, everything he had, was hers. Aurora stayed by his bedside. She didn't know if she could love him again. But she knew he had loved her all along. Some love stories don't end. They pause. They wait. They heal. And maybe, they begin again.
