A massive tectonic upheaval causes global sea levels to rise nearly 10,000 feet and plunge the world into a deep-sea apocalypse. Safe zones exist only on heavily fortified vessels and a handful of high-altitude strongholds. Reborn one hour before the cataclysmic tsunami strikes, Rowan Bancroft cuts ties with his parasitic family and starts with nothing but an inflatable. Using his knowledge of the future, he races against time to build an unstoppable floating empire.
