Six years ago, Evelyn watched her father beat her mother to death for the family fortune, then was framed and cast out. Six years later, she returns for revenge. The night before her enemy Chloe's engagement party, she sleeps with wealthy heir Damien and forces him to announce a last-minute bride swap. Intrigued by her ferocity, Damien agrees to a contract marriage. What begins as mutual exploitation becomes a powerful alliance. At their wedding, Evelyn exposes the truth of her mother's murder, sending her father, stepmother, and false stepsister to prison—and finds true happiness with Damien.
