Clara Hart is pulled into a novel, cast as the villain meant to humiliate the male lead, Julian Blackwood, and make him stronger. Intimidated by his fierce presence, she carefully adjusts her lines, all to steer the plot without crossing him. Clara believes she'll return home after accomplishing all her mission—but she doesn't realize Julian has already fallen for her. Five years later, Clara and Julian, the sworn enemies, find their fates intertwined once more.
