For generations, the merfolk guarded the deep, never mingling with humans. Until Elena broke the laws—saving a man she believed was her true love. Her home was destroyed. Her people, slaughtered. Betrayed, she was stabbed through the heart and cast into the abyss. She realize that this true love was a lie from start to finish. Everyone thought she was dead and the mermaid clan was gone forever. But no one knew—she rose from hell, burning with her people’s vengeance. Now, she returns.
